Add Points With Tolerance

This filter will add new anchor points to your selected object repeatedly, but only until the anchor points are sufficiently close to one another.   This is a great first step to use before trying other effects that do extreme distortion on shapes (like Spin It).

The Tolerance slider is a measure of close you want the anchor points to be.   The units are whatever units you've chosen for your document's ruler.
